The double-cylinder hydraulic shear is constructed entirely from high-strength, wear-resistant steel plates, offering exceptional durability, lightweight design, and a large opening capacity. It features a high-pressure, large-diameter oil cylinder equipped with a piston cylinder sheath that delivers powerful force while protecting the piston rod from damage. A synchronization device ensures that both scissor plates open and close simultaneously for efficient operation.
This hydraulic shear can rotate a full 360 degrees hydraulically, significantly enhancing operational flexibility and work efficiency. The rotary motor is sourced from American Eaton, and the specially designed speed-up valve increases the working speed for faster cutting.
The shear blades are made of high-toughness, high-strength steel, capable of easily cutting through iron materials. Designed for convenience, the blades are replaceable and can be swapped out directly at the construction site. The blades are usable on all four sides, maximizing their service life and value. With immense shearing force, this hydraulic shear can penetrate complex structures, efficiently cutting through H-shaped and I-shaped steel beams for effective dismantling and demolition.
